O'Brien Porcelain sinks can be ordered at any one of our dealer locations. If there is no dealer in your area we work with you personally to get you what you need.

• We glaze the rim of every sink we make, giving you the option to use our entire line of undermount sinks as drop-ins.
• If you have an exposed vanity or countertop, we can glaze the underside of any sink, to leave you with a visible, glossy finish.
• We offer custom colors. Send us a swatch and we'll do our best to match it.

O'Brien Porcelain specializes in an array of colors. Additionally, we can match colors to your specification. Due to differences in monitors, technical factors, and characteristics of our finishes, the colors shown cannot be represented with all their true qualities. The color samples should only be considered a guide.

O'Brien Porcelain makes your sink upon order and strives to ship within 1 week of your order date. Large orders and orders with multiple colors or designs may require an extra week, though we aim to ship within 1 week. In the event that you need a custom color, an O'Brien will consult with you on a proper time-frame for shipment. Our goal is to be upfront and personal with all of our customers.

O'Brien Porcelain does not offer templates for any of our sinks. Based on the kiln firing process, sinks can vary in size from our listed dimensions, up to 1/8" in either direction of our listed dimensions. Therefore, we strongly advise against cutting your countertop before you have our sink in hand.

O'Brien Porcelain recommends rinsing your sink thoroughly and then using a soft towel to dry after every use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sponges on an O'Brien sink. For simple cleaning, consider using Comet Bathroom Cleaner, Formula 409, Lysol Bathroom Cleaner, Soft Scrub Cleanser, or Tilex Bathroom Cleaner. For rust removal, consider using Bar Keepers Friend, Bon Ami, or Super Iron Out Rust Stain Remover.
